- Review of the structural elements of loft spaces (usually only covered in lvl 3 inspections)
- Full inspection of the grounds and additional out buildings

We know getting a surveyor in can be a nerve-wracking time for all those involved in the purchase & sale of your next home. Therefore, all reports are followed up with a same day phone consultation to run through any findings (both major & minor) to put your mind at rest and give you the security to proceed with your purchase.
When it comes to new build snagging, the developers will carry these out – however they don’t always have your best interest in mind. Its crucial to ensure you get a qualified experiances surveyor in to check for compliance against Warranties, British standards & building regulations; as failure to meet their guidance can have catastrophic effects if you ever have an issue with your build.
All reports are issued in full digital copies, with accompanying photographs, explanation of the issue & subsequent risk; along with suggested best remediation.
Following issue of the completed inspection we’ll give you a consultation call to identify and issues. Once the report is issued, we will carry out another call a couple of days after to answer any questions you may have and give some further details.
