David Foley
CO-DIRECTOR
David is one of the founders of VC Estates and highly experienced, having been involved in property sales for over 30 years. His expertise in property covers all price levels and not just within the UK, as David has had a successful international property career selling luxury exclusive Caribbean homes to the American and Canadian market and later bespoke properties in Europe. David has accumulated a vast amount of experience over the years in all types of residential, land and commercial properties and his knowledge and ability to use a variety of creative strategies when it comes to planning has allowed development projects to become successful.
Married to Alison, his partner in life and business, they make a great team, with David’s networking and sales ability and Alisons meticulous attention to detail.
Alison Foley
CO-DIRECTOR
Having been married to David for over 29 years, she has constantly supported him in life and in business, between them they compliment each other with their differing strengths and personalities. Alison prides herself on details and presentation and on building relationships, wanting to offer the best service possible to enable everyone to achieve their goals.
With 3 children, now all grown up, property is her passion and she loves her ‘job’ striving to constantly improve in business and personally, always loving to learn and try new things. An animal lover, she enjoys the hobby of owning a horse, which keeps her busy at weekends when she’s not working and a Sunday stroll in the Sussex Countryside with her three dogs is a must and a great way to stay fit.
Adam Holdsworth
CO-DIRECTOR
Adam is one of the directors and co-founders of VC Estates, and has worked in property since leaving college, working his way up from trainee coffee boy through to Regional Director. Managing offices throughout central London, England, Wales, Ireland and the Channel Islands with a well rounded experience and knowledge, from starter homes to some of the world’s most luxurious properties.
Adam thrives on the day-to-day buzz of fast paced business and is passionate about ensuring that the customer is central to every decision that is made, his expertise lies in finding the very best professionals to work with the business and helping them achieve their own personal goals.
If Adam is not at his desk, you can quite often find him pottering in his garden with a glass of his favourite Somerset Cider!
