We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance and are members of the Property Redress scheme for client/landlord peace of mind.
Being a landlord isn’t as simple as buying a property and finding a tenant, there are a few legal requirements that Landlords need to fulfil too, such as Right to Rent checks, gas, electric, CO2 and smoke alarms – we can help with all of these things and ensure that the property is fully compliant for the duration of the tenancy.
