We are a boutique agency specialising in the South of England from prime London locations, small villages around Eastleigh, larger towns of Bromley and Dartford and country estates in East Sussex. We are an experienced team of people who care deeply about the clients who trust them with some of their homes and assets.
Boutique means something here. Fewer clients, deeper relationships, better outcomes.
Our team lives and works in the streets we sell. We know the catchment boundaries, the quiet garden squares, the buildings with the best light — and the ones to avoid. That depth of knowledge is what gets you the right price, not the highest offer that falls through.
You deal directly with a senior member of our team from valuation to exchange. No hand-offs to a progression team, no call centres, no chasing for updates. You have a name, a number and an agent who is personally invested in the outcome.
We will tell you what your property is actually worth. Our valuations are grounded in recent comparable evidence, not wishful thinking. An overpriced instruction serves nobodyand we would rather turn down a mandate than watch it stagnate on the market.
We never leave clients guessing. They receive regular updates before they even have to ask.
Regulated by the Association of Residential Letting Agents, with CMP and Property Redress membership.
Our fee structure is transparent and discussed in full before you instruct us no surprises at completion
Consistently rated five stars across independent review platforms. We earn the next instruction by delivering on the first.
We focus only on locations we know deeply and we know these intimately.
Soho, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia - from the vibrant lifestyle of Soho to the green squares of Bloomsbury and the quiet streets of Fitzrovia.
Country estates, coastal farmhouses and village rectories across the South Downs and the wider East Sussex countryside.
from Georgian townhouses in Bromley and Dartford to riverside and estuary properties around Gravesend.
Village homes, commuter towns and period properties across Hampshire - from Fair Oak and Bishops Waltham to Twyford and Titchfield.
"How refreshing to meet an agent who understands not only the financial step but the psychological implications too. I had a full hour to explore the property, ask every question I had, and never once felt rushed."
Hannah Mills
"If, like us, you want to sell your home then you just want it to happen. VC Estates made it happen for us. We get to start a new chapter now and we could not have achieved this without VC Estates. It was our best decision to use them and we cannot recommend them highly enough. David made us feel like we were his exclusive clients. His passion, energy and drive is incredible. We feel he is a “home finder” which meant for us, as sellers, he was finding the right buyers for our home. A positive for all if you want a successful completion. Their commitment is outstanding and they work so hard to deliver the results. We could not have asked for more and we think many agents could learn a great deal from them."
Nigel Murray
"Working with VC Estates was a genuinely exceptional experience. We were looking for a discreet, off-market sale and wanted an agent who understood the importance of privacy, professionalism and the right introductions. From the outset, the Private Office team handled everything with complete discretion, carefully matching our property with qualified buyers without it ever reaching the open market."
