David Foley

David Foley is a Director and co-founder of VC Estates, bringing more than 30 years of property sales expertise across an exceptionally broad range of markets and price points. His career has taken him well beyond the UK, including a successful track record selling luxury Caribbean residences to North American buyers, and later specialising in bespoke properties across Europe.

Throughout his career David has accumulated deep experience across residential, land and commercial property. His ability to deploy creative planning strategies has been instrumental in bringing a number of significant development projects to fruition across the South of England.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping people realise their ambitions, David thrives on facilitating successful sales and purchases, and takes great satisfaction in sharing three decades of hard-won knowledge with the agents he works alongside at VC Estates.
